Description
This is a demon I came up with back in high school that I called a Garikthiak. I am going to start drawing more of them I think (hope). Since I drew this in high school, the anatomy is super bad! Look at his puny foot XD
A Garikthiak is a medium sized demon, only getting to the height of roughly 5'5" with an extremely slender, bony build, that has the ability to turn into vapor and invade a single person, residing in their soul, feeding off of their positive emotions, hopes, dreams, memories, until all that is left is an empty shell of a person, left with nothing but hatred. Once they have devoured a human being, they move on to the next.

Nothing wrong with posting stuff from high school...I've found some pretty cool stuff I did way back when...! I like this because, with the traditional pen work and the old-looking paper, it looks like it could have been taken from some 16th-century compendium of mythical beasts. I also like how he's right up against the edge of the page, like he's in a cage. And anyway, who's to say how big a demon's feet are supposed to be?
